New Services:
We’re updating our service menu to include some enhanced sessions, as well as clearer names for treatments that many of you already know and love. You’ll also see more detailed descriptions and new add-on options so you can customize your care even more. Check out the updated website to see more of these new services.
You’ll still get the same personalized treatments you’re used to. This update simply makes it easier for folks to understand the range of treatment options they have, so that they can find the best service for them! Too many options? We can always discuss what the best treatment is for you, just book a free consultation. Also, TheraPass members have the option of requesting any of these new treatments to be integrated into their Therafusion™ sessions.
Some new services already available include:
Mobility Mastery: A dynamic 90-minute session combining sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and assisted stretching to improve your movement, reduce chronic tension, and accelerate recovery.
Range Restoration: Created by popular request, this targeted assisted stretching session combines client favorites with additional techniques to increase flexibility and joint mobility. Perfect as a 30 or 60 minute stand-alone treatment or as a 30-min extra add-on to another session.
R&R Reset: A fully clothed, lotion-free bodywork, and assisted stretching session that emphasizes energetic balance and gentle mobilization. This evolved out of the “Asian Body Work Sessions” I have been providing over the years. Ideal for clients seeking comfort and ease during treatment.
Therafusion™: Previously known as Therapass Custom Treatments, these are Therapass Member-exclusive sessions tailored to your individual needs.
Further new services are in the works so stay in touch, check the website, and ask when in the office for updates.
New Logo:
You’ve probably seen our new logo (the person who is the tree) and maybe wondered, why did they change it? What does it mean?
There are clearly more spiritual ways the symbol can represent the spirit of our work, and I may write something on that in the future. For the purpose of this quick summary, we will look at how our new logo relates to the type of bodywork we focus on, and the environment we are trying to create.
For me, the Tree of Life has always been a powerful symbol. As some of you may have seen, I actually have it tattooed on my shoulder, and it was the logo for my original practice, Healing Foundations, LLC. It shows how everything is connected. The roots go deep into the earth, the branches reach for the sky, and the whole thing is alive and growing. Just like we do as people. We have expanded upon this image to be a deeper symbol of our practice.
In this image, the human form becomes the tree. That’s not just about mind-body connection, but also about the physical body. How the network of tissues connects everything in our body from the bottom of our feet, to the neck and jaw, and even the top of our head.
The circle around the tree represents the safe space we create in each session. Not just the treatment room, but our whole presence as a healing clinic is designed to be a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space. It’s a place where your body can unwind, reconnect, and come back into itself; a place where healing doesn’t have to be forced. It can just happen, because the right support is there.
Also, as a resource for the community, the figure integrating into the tree represents our commitment to education. We strive to help people understand what’s happening in their bodies, explain how our services support holistic health, and answer questions within our scope of practice—empowering everyone to find greater balance and well-being.
When things fall out of balance, it can show up as pain, limited movement, or just not feeling quite right in your own skin. I know many of you have been there. I have heard many times, “It just doesn’t feel right?”.
Our style of structural reintegration bodywork helps correct this imbalance. My work is all about helping your body remember how to work as a whole again. We’re not just chasing pain around. We’re looking at how the parts of the body are relating to and affecting one another. Then we work the body’s intricate network of tissues, and invite it to naturally re-establish its optimal posture, movement with fluidity, and strength.
Reconnecting the branches and roots with a strong trunk we reintegrate its flow and balance.
So the logo isn’t just a design. It’s a reflection of the work we do here: helping all people feel more whole in their bodies, more connected to themselves, and more rooted in their lives.
